2. Is the reservation binding?
No. The reservation is non-binding until we confirm it. You can cancel your ride free of charge up to 3 days before departure, as stated in our price list under the cancellation policy section.
3. Will you pick me up at home?
Yes, the driver will pick you up directly at the address you provide—whether it’s your home, office, or another location. We will also take you from the airport straight to your home.

Just let us know your flight time – we’ll schedule your airport arrival accordingly.
5. Is the ride shared with other passengers?
No. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you (or your group). We do not assign other passengers to your ride.
6. What if something happens during the trip?
We have backup vehicles and respond immediately. In case of a delay caused by us, we are insured and will reimburse you for a replacement flight.
7. What kind of vehicles do you use?
We use modern, clean vehicles in excellent technical condition. You can also choose from luxury options such as the Volvo XC90.
8. Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we offer child seats of various sizes free of charge. Just let us know your child’s age when making the reservation.

10. When will I receive information about the driver who will pick me up?
The day before your ride, we will send you an SMS with the driver’s details, the vehicle type, and the exact pickup time.
